How Do I Place An Order As A School or Government Institution?
To get your order started, we kindly ask you to contact us either by phone: (888) 378-1027 or email: sales@baseballfencetopper.com so one of our sales team members can help you through setting up your account. By setting up an account as a school or government agency, you qualify for our Net 30 payment terms, which allow you to place purchase orders and pay within 30 days of the invoice date.
Do You Accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we do accept purchase orders. Once your account is set up and approved, we are able to extend the Net 30 payment terms and switch them to a purchase order and still pay within 30 days of the invoice date. If your order was placed with a PO account that was not linked to a school or government agency, we can adjust it. All we will need is a copy of your purchase order and any required vendor forms. What Documents Are Needed For Net 30 Approval?
To be approved for Net 30 payment terms, we require a completed credit application and a copy of your purchase order, as well as a tax-exempt certificate, if applicable. Once those documents have been reviewed and approved, an official order can be made using the Net 30 payment method. Our trained team members are always ready to help.
